Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be arranged on the next working day.
2. Shipping Area & Delivery Time
We mainly deliver to Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries.

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather or logistics issues, which are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees
Free standard shipping for orders over the specified amount. A fixed shipping fee will be charged for orders below the threshold.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes and related customs fees shall be borne by the buyer in accordance with local regulations. We will not take responsibility for additional charges caused by customs.
5. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the parcel is dispatched. You can track the delivery status online at any time.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
Please fill in the accurate and complete delivery address. If the package is returned because of incorrect address, failed delivery or customer rejection, the return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.
